Make It Calgary Holiday Market Moves To Deerfoot City

Since 2008, Make It has grown to be one of the largest handmade marketplaces in Canada with bi-annual events in Edmonton, Vancouver and Calgary. Each year, over 900 Makies participate in the shows and in 2017 over 100,000 shoppers came out to support them. This year is very exciting as Make It Calgary holiday market moves to Deerfoot City and it’s newly renovated space.

Stroll thru more than 130 vendors featuring everything from accessories, jewelry, clothing, art, home decor, food, baby/kid items and lots of other beautifully crafted goods.

Here are some details to help make the most of Make It:

Deerfoot City @ 901 64 Ave NE

$5 at the door, kids 12 and under are free

Buy advanced tickets online for $3

FREE parking at Deerfoot City

  • Thursday December 6 – 11am-9pm
  • Friday December 7 – 11am-9pm
  • Saturday December 8 – 10am-6pm
  • Sunday December 9 – 11am-5pm

Make It is a retail show devoted to creating positive opportunities for Canadian artists and designers and to providing enlightened shoppers the opportunity to buy unique, ethically made items from hundreds of top artisans.
