Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine soup, broccoli and turkey meat and mix.

  2. Pour meat mixture into one pie crust

  3. Carefully place second pie crust on top of meat mixture and gently pinch together the edges. (if the crusts have just come out of the freezer they may not pinch together well)

  4. Using a fork, poke holes in the top of the pie to allow for steam to escape during baking.

  5. Bake in preheated oven for approximately 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown and flakey when cut.

  6. Cut and serve with cranberry jelly on the side and gravy poured over top (optional). This pie goes great with a salad or any left over veggies from the meal before. Mash potatoes, carrots, etc.

Recipe Notes

Tips for a great Lazy Leftover Turkey Pie:

Let the pie crusts thaw from the freezer a bit (outside the box) before using them for this recipe. It will allow for quicker cooking time and will be easier to pinch the top and bottom crusts together. As with any pie, an egg wash is also an option to seal the top and bottom as well as brushed over the whole top. But like the recipe says, this is a lazy pie 🙂 lazy leftover turkey pie
